Who They Are

The University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) is a public French-language university with international bearing. The quality of its academic programs, its research focused on social concerns and its innovations in creation have contributed to build its renown. The University offers instruction on campus, in its four regional centres, and now remotely since the joining of the Tele-University (TELUQ) to UQAM.

Our Relationship

OGN has enjoyed a long-term strategic partnership with UQAM , whereby Professor Guy Begin works for both UQAM and OGN and we leverage research expertise from within the Computer Science department. Further, we have worked with UQAM on both the developments of our Sat-Fi system and BOSS; with our Sat-Fi system in production and our BOSS solution under development. We have a formal agreement in place with UQAM that describes our partnership, the objectives and management structure in the midterm, as well as the Intellectual Property (IP) rights.
