A sparsely populated area with limited telecommunications infrastructure has opened the window for OmniGlobe Networks (OGN) to provide and install the latest in Wireless Internet Broadband. In 2006 OGN won a contract to support 3 towns and villages in Northern Canada with such amenities, opening up new opportunities and supplying a base for future development. This project has allowed indigenous communities to benefit from the latest technology in internet services and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), providing economic and social growth.
We are presently in negotiations to supply a further 34 towns and villages with our world class service leading to government sign off in the fall. Once these projects are implemented, we will be the leader in providing Internet services to First Nations and Rural Communities right across
