Peter Hodge (Chief Financial Officer)

Peter is the Chief Financial Officer for OmniGlobe Networks Inc., and brings to the company 30+ years of financial management experience with both multi national and entrepreneurial corporations.

Team Player

Following 5 years of professional development with KPMG in London, England, he moved into industry, where a substantial portion of his experience has been spent in the high-tech manufacturing and communications business sectors, where he showed himself to be a team player in the growth and development of successful enterprises, including a successful public offering.

Business Consultant

More recently his career has included acting as a Principal in a Contract Executive Group and as business consultant. In this capacity he has been able to use his skills, which have an entrepreneurial bias, on assignments such as turn around situations, corporate integration of acquisitions, the development of an IPO prospectus and the management of change and conflict. These assignments have covered a range of corporations in both the public and private sectors.

Personal

He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, a dual citizen of Canada and Great Britain, and lives in Canada where he enjoys cross country skiing and cycling.
