Shyam Kamadolli (Director)

Shyam Kamadolli is a co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors of OmniGlobe Networks. He brings over 15 years of operational experience spanning several vertical and horizontal sectors: financial services, telecommunications, payment processing, and high-tech including wireless networks, security and eCommerce.

World Wide Business

Shyam currently leads worldwide business development activities for RSA Security's Developer Solutions Group and is tasked with enabling new channels and markets. Previously, Shyam was a management consultant at Progress Partners LLC, a boutique firm specializing in market expansion assessment and data management strategy. He has delivered results for clients like AIG, Fidelity, OpenMarket, Genuity and Phillips Voice Processing.

His roots are entrepreneurial: in 1998, Shyam co-founded and grew NetMorf (a wireless software platform company) through three rounds of financing, 88 employees worldwide, and served as the company’s Chairman and first CEO. Shyam oversaw the company’s presence in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific region and set up key channel relationships in other parts of the world.

He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MBA from London Business School. His technical education includes an MS in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University in New York and a BE in Computer Engineering from the University of Bombay, India.

He enjoys urban living in Cambridge, Massachusetts with his wife and twin daughters.
